Letter informing family that Frank Hopkins, RND, was a PoW

Description

Frank Hopkins (born in Hafod, Swansea on 5 September 1896) worked in Swansea Docks before the war. He served with the Anson Battalion of the Royal Naval Division, and was reported dead in October 1917. However, his family received this letter in January 1918 informing them that he was in fact in a German prisoner-of-war camp.
