Frank Hopkins (born in Hafod, Swansea on 5 September 1896) worked in Swansea Docks before the war. He served with the Anson Battalion of the Royal Naval Division, and was captured in October 1917 and spent time in a German prisoner-of-war camp. After his return to Swansea his family received this invitation to a tea for the families of former PoWs.
