The team of twelve girls, all wearing netball pinafores, are posed in three rows, the front row of three sitting crosse-legged on the floor, the second row of four, sitting on chairs and the back row of five, standing. A slightly older woman in dress and striped blazer stands on the right. The girl sitting cross-legged in the centre of the front row is holding a netball with “UWALES V SU” written on it. The photograph was taken outside on grass, with brick buildings and trees in the background.
