My dearest friend,
I have really not a minute to spare, but will write you a few facts.
I assumed rather you were happy with her, as you wished me to.
I have no news from here yet, but hope to goodness she will not lose her place as secretary. That would be fatal.
I should have said edging instead of border, if paler blue to the mantel.
Cover. The exact length is 4 feet 10 inches. Your plan is admirable, i am anxious to see the result.
Will you ask mother when father’s birthday is? And let me know.
Here I feel I cannot or ought not write my leave, for I have an appalling amount of work before me and must make a hole in it.
I have no news from
Literature on he Speaker.
But do not think I am without thoughts of you when I am alone and happy or write a friend like Morgan who has a side that can well sympathise with what I tell him about you. I wished that I could kiss you - but once.
Goodby sweetheart then!
Goodbye!
I am your and wholly yours,
My own sweet little one,
Edward
