Description
Letter from Edward Thomas to his wife, Helen Thomas. Archival reference: 424/1/1/1/1/170
20.v.1900
My dearest friend,
I delayed in hopes of soon hearing good news from you. At

ever, and was very drunk last night when Oxford celebrated
the relief of Mafeking.
If I can I will write again immediately but the hurry and
everything incapacitate me.
Please tell mother I will
