My dearest friend,
I am sending you this last request.
The Exam - is finished and so am I- am merely send you these papers & set to work to recover. I am bound to stay up, into i shall not be dissatisfied, in fact the doctor has forbidden me intoxicants (illegible)

can do is to look on at the merriments of others tonight.
Goodbye dearest one. Give (illegible)to Mervyn and I soon think I hall be able to write a letter soon.
Till then my own sweet little one
