My dear Gordon,

The Jeffries introduction. I observe that it says
nothing in a kind of pseudo classic case. I wonder
what you observe; but you won't say. However it does not
matter. I never pretend to be a critic or writer about literature &
except for the sound purposes of the 1/2d press.
