Dear Emily & Gordon,
Thank you very much for your
letter & the proofs. I have adopted as many
of the suggestions as I could after a note from
Dent complaining of the author's corrections.
The landscape gardener's prospectus is real -
truth is far stranger than the fiction of
E. T. Will Gordon or Emily when you can
write next tell me of any misprints you
remember in 'The Heart of England' as it
is being reprinted in March in a small
undecorated form? In very great haste
