Description
Ronald was born in Newtown in 1902 and was called up in 1939 to join the British Expeditionary Force. He fought in India, Burma and Madagascar. His youngest daughter, Gaynor was 2 years old when her father left to fight, and was 7 years old when he returned. He died in 1961.
