This china cat (approximately 9 cm in height) was produced in Stoke-on-Trent by S. Hancock & Sons. It shows a winking cat with the flags of four Allied countries (France, UK, Russia and Belgium) and the words '1914 European War'. It was owned by a farming family in Glanaman.
