WW1 Memorial in King's Cross chapel, London
Description
This memorial, which was for decades in King's Cross Welsh Congregationalist chapel, London, names 19 members who fell in the First World War. The inscription at the bottom reads 'Bro Salem wen breswyliant, a dwfn hedd eu Duw fwynhânt' - 'They are dwelling in the holy surroundings of Jerusalem, and enjoying the deep peace of their God'. The memorial is now in Castle Street chapel.
