Description

This bedchamber, dated to c.1620,and other additions to the house were made by a wealthy lawyer, Simon Parry, shortly after marrying his second wife Jane Thelwall. Her nephew, Eubule Thelwall, later owned the house for over forty years, making several further additions to the building.
