Description
A helmet plate badge of the former Monmouthshire Constabulary. Worn on the helmets of the ranks of Constable and Sergeant. Amalgamated in 1967 with Newport County Borough Police to form the Gwent Constabulary. This helmet plate will be from the 1920s - 1930s
