A set of insignia which spans the late 19th and early 20th century. Buttons, epaulette dragons and Divisional letters / numbers are all post 1894. The cap or 'kepi' badge is the rarer 'blank centre' - a type not used beyond 1904. Surmounted by a 'Kings crown' is post 1901.Consequently, a badge which can be confidently dated between 1901 and 1904.
