Description
Ceredigion County Council Chairman Goronwy Edwards and his wife with the chairman's secretary and the helicopter's pilots. The County Council Chairman was welcoming H.R.H. Prince Charles to Aberystwyth where he opened the farmers' market in the town and visited the University.
