Description
Former Police Constable no. 951 Sidney Whomes of the Glamorgan Constabulary. Photo taken by his daughter at the rear of their home in Collins Street, Neath. He was stationed at Briton Ferry Police Station. Prior to the 1947 amalgamation, Sidney was Police Constable no. 41 of the Neath Borough Police.
