If so why not share some of your memories in the comments section below the photograph? People of Wales – we’re waiting to hear from you! While preparing Geoff Charles negatives for digitisation as part of the European Libraries Project [http://www.llgc.org.uk/index.php?id=5728] staff at the National Library came across a set of around 500 uncatalogued photographs from the 1972 National Eisteddfod at Haverfordwest. These photographs have not seen the light of day for 40 years and this selection of 25 images have been released on the People's Collection Wales website to ask for your help to identify them.

I can name a few on here. Graham Jones (far left) was the conductor. Bb bass is John Thelwell (front left), Euphonium is David Thelwell (front row). Principal cornet was Neville Wilcock (middle row in front of man with sunglasses). Chris Jones (euphonium) is back row far right hidden behind the trombonist whose name was Roger. I (David Peers) am standing fourth from the right just in front of someone peeking round me.
