This telegram was sent to Dr Phillips naming her colleagues who had arrived at Torino having fled the German advance to the city of Kragujevac in Serbia where they were treating wounded soldiers at the Scottish Women's Hospital. Dr Phillips had been senior physician at the hospital until she returned to Britain due to illness during 1915.
