Iorwerth Mason Jones, Capel BangorJ/85359, RN. Iorwerth was born on 5 July 1888, son of Edward and Laura Louisa Jones; husband of Mary Myfanwy Morris, of Pengraig, Capel Bangor. He served with the Royal Navy at HMS Vivid, having been in the employ of his father throughout the war as the postmaster of Penllwyn PO. Iorwerth died from disease at East Stonehouse, Devon on 20 March 1918, aged 29, and is buried at Penllwyn C. M.
