Dai lived next door to us in Llanon and my father (Jim Jones) would have taken this photo of Dai. Dai was a carpenter and undertaker and he lived in the cottage with his brother Jack. I remember them both well. Their cottage now has a thatched roof rather than the red zinc roof that existed whilst they were both alive. They were both characters.
