Prickeston Farm House from N Colour

Description

This photograph shows the men's accommodation on the north side of the farm house. The male farm workers lived in the room/s on the firts floor of the rnage, accessed by an external stairs. This replaced the accommodation over the cattle stalls at the northern end of the site.

The ground floor of this range was the dairy, with cheese making taking place at the left hand (eastern) end.

The photograph was taken in 1981.
