Margam Church, Glamorganshire. H. Bond, after H. Gastineau, Engraving on paper. 1830
This engraving, based on a drawing by Henry Gastineau, appeared in 'Wales Illustrated: Series of Views, 1830.' It shows a view of the recently refurbished Margam Abbey from the village. The accompanying text notes 'the parish church is still a very spacious edifice; but becoming ruinous, it was repaired, through the munificence of Mr Talbot.'
