Aerial View of Llyn Cowlyd Reservoir. Waters from this reservoir supply water to the towns of Conwy and Colwyn Bay via underground pipeworks. whilst the black large pipeline seen leavingthe reservoir by the dam is supplying water to the power station at Dolgarrog for the then Aluminium works. Since this photo was taken, the Aluminium works at Dolgarrog have closed and the whole site levelled. Photo taken 3 November 2006.
