Aerial view of historic Rhuddlan (nearest camera) with the fields surrounding having been extensive marshland in the Middle-ages and the scenes of many a bloody battle between the Welsh princes and the Norman king Edward I. beyond is the town of Rhyl and the coastline. Taken 22 December 2009.
