Description

As I tried to make the journey home to Llangeitho from Carmarthen on foot, I stopped to watch as this trench was dug away by tractors and JCB's. I then got a lift as far as Pencader with a chap who said he ran the Woolen Mills there. As we drove, the car slid from side to side, bouncing off the walls of the trench, causing huge lumps of snow to break away and crash down onto us.
