Description
Hopkin Joseph Thomas of Bryncoch served with 1/5th Btn, The Welsh Regiment (regimental no. 241808). He saw action in the Palestine campaign, and was awarded the Military Medal in November 1917. He was fatally wounded in Palestine in September 1918 and is buried in Jerusalem War Cemetery.api ref:WVP10104
