Inscription: ER COFFADWRIAETH/ AM/ LEWIS JONES/ Penlan yn y plwyf hwn/ yr hwn a fu farw Tachwedd 6fed/ 1850. YN 28 MLWYDD OED./ Yma hefyd y claddwyd ANNE/ Merch LEWIS ac ANNE JONES/ yr hon a fu farw TACHWEDD 7ed/ 1850/ YN 4 MLWYDD OED
The grave was photographed as part of a Graveyard Survey carried out with the help of volunteers in 2013.
