Inscription B39: ER/ Coffadwriaeth am/ THOMAS HUGHES./ Pantyroerfa./ yr hwn a fu farw,/ Mai 11eg 1857. yn y/ 24air flwyddyn/ o'i OEDRAN/ Rhaid ffarwelio, Thomas anwyl,/ 'Nawr a chwi am enyd fach,/ ond hydaeraf caf eich gweled/ cyn bo hir yn berffaith iach;/ Heb yr anadl byr i'ch blino,/ Na'r hen beswch fu yn boen/ Yna ar ororau gwynfyd/ Yn molianu 'r addfwyn oen./ J. Description: ER in an elaborate script. Decorative markers to denote seperation of memorial and poem text. Concentric semi circles about one third way down from top of text on the sides. Chamferred edges.
