Clynderwen Farmers Co-operative
Description
Clynderwen Farmers Co-operative was established in 1904 to buy surplus produce from local farmers and re-sell it in areas where the goods were needed. The current site in Clynderwen, previously a butter factory, was purchased in 1907. Re-development following a fire in 1922 included a new butter factory and egg-testing unit and after 1930 a creamery was established.
