Description
A framed and glazed photograph of Fred.T.B. Summers Esq., who was Chief Constable of the Pembrokeshire Constabulary 1907 - 1933.
The photograph is glazed and in a sealed frame, and therefore there is some reflection, and the quality of the original is much better than can be reproduced on here.
