One of several different styles of helmet plates worn and used by the Pembrokeshire Police. Although it depicts 'Pembroke', it is in fact for the county force of Pembrokeshire.

This one carries the police officers force number - 21. This number would have also been shown on his tunic collar.

Surmounted by a King's Crown, it is believed that this helmet plate was used probably around 1915 / 1920.
