Description

Museum staff raising the cruck frames of Hendre Wen barn in 1978.

The barn was fist build in the seventeenth century in Hendre Wen, Llanrwst, Gwynedd. It was re-erected at The Welsh Folk Museum (now St Fagan's National History Museum) in the 1070's and opened to the public in 1982.
