Cyflaith - Toffee 3.
Ingredients
one pound black treacle
quarter pound butter
one pound brown sugar
one teaspoonful vinegar
Method
Melt and boil the ingredients following the same method as given above and proceed to ‘pull’ the toffee into long strands.
