Anglesey Caraway Bread
Description
Ingredients
one pound plain flour
a little baking powder
two and a half ounces butter
one ounce sugar
half an ounce caraway seeds
half a pint milk
a little salt
Method
Rub the fat into the flour, work in the other dry ingredients and gradually add the milk to make a soft dough.
Put it into a greased cake tin and bake in a moderately hot oven for approximately one hour.
