Blackberry Pudding
Description
Ingredients
a large, thick slice of white bread
blackberries
sugar
a little water
fresh cream
Method
Put the slice of bread at the bottom of a pie dish.
Simmer the blackberries in a little water, with sugar added to taste.
When soft, pour the stewed fruit over the bread and leave to cool.
Finally, top with fresh cream.
