The latest additions to the Promenade at Aberavon are two 12-metre high sculptures, informally known as Kite Tail and Taper the work of Carmarthenshire sculptor Andrew Rowe. Funded by the Arts Council of Wales, Welsh Assembly Government and Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, the sculptures have had a mixed reception.
