Stranded whale on Aberavon Beach
Description
Locals examine a stranded whale at Aberavon Beach, 1912. In December, 2007 a 15-foot, humpback whale was found floating in the Port Talbot Deepwater Harbour. Experts concluded that the whale, seen swimming in Swansea Bay, may have starved to death.
