London's Lord Mayor, Sir Ralph Perrin, visits Port Talbot steel works in 1963. Sir Ralph was a member of the Worshipful Company of Tinplate Makers and was invited to visit the Abbey steel works. This photograph shows the procession travelling through the town before ending at the works. The photograph is taken at the rear of the Jersey Beach Hotel.
