The interior of Holy Trinity Church, Sandfields. The present church dates to 1968, the foundation stone was laid by Mr. W. F. Cartwright, Managing Director of the British Steel Corporation's South Wales Group. Forty years on and beyond effective repair the building is to be demolished and replaced by a Worship Hall, Community Hall, Vestry and imposing Bell Tower. Surplus land is to be redeveloped for housing.
