A group portrait of fifty or so soldiers photographed outside a house 'Cartrefle' which also appears to serve as 'Davies Chemist.' The soldiers are predominantly from the Welsh Regiment but some have no cap badges or insignia and some are Welsh Dragons from other Welsh regiments but due to their similarities positive identification not possible.
