Description

Mr Phillips was one of the best teachers I ever had. Not only he was an extremely kind man but he was an exceptional, inspirational teacher.
After giving up teaching he took up acting and again he excelled in this field. In this newspaper photograph we see him portraying D.J. WIlliams in the S4C drama 'Penyberth' in February 1985.
