Ald Thomas Fleming Williams was Portreeve from 1946-1948 and Laugharne Corporation Recorder for many years. He was also licensee of "The Corporation" pub in Gosport St. This photograph was taken in Laugharne Town Hall with a map of Hugdon shares just visible in the background. Ald. Williams died in November 1966, aged 67. (date of photo unknown)
