Certificate of Service in the Glamorgan Constabulary to John Grubenman.
A native of Llantrisant, he joined the Glamorgan Constabulary as a Constable on the 31st May 1924.
He retired from the service on 27th June 1954 holding the rank of Chief Inspector.
