"Photograph of decorative Banner. The organising commmittee designed this 3 x 1 meter (approx) banner and invited societies to contract to have one made and hung from high ceiling in the Meydenbauer Conference Center where the Grand Concert and Gymanfa Ganu were held. Fifteen banners were made creating an impressive hanging.
