Thomas C Evans (Cadrawd) 1846-1914 was an antiquary, author and poet. He was among the most influencial of Iolo Morganwg's legatess in South Wales. His writings on Ioloic subjects and his generaly charismatic persona led him to be compared to his idol on more than one occasion.
