Description

A declaration of indebtedness to Mr Bartlett James for 750 milreis to acquire land in Colonia da Nova Cambria at Lensa dos Lapes. And if they could not meet the payments, the land would revert back to Mr B James, without any claim from Thomas Benbow Phillips or his family.
