Description
J F Froes informed Thomas Benbow Phillips that a ship would sail from Liverpool to Rio Grande do Sul in September, with hopefully many Welsh emigrants on board. J F Froes felt it would be a great opportunity for Thomas Benbow Phillips's friends to sail as well. He also informed him that a Society, with branches in many parts of Wales, was to be formed to promote Welsh emigration to Brazil.
