Description
J F Froes hoped that Thomas Benbow Phillips had arrived safely and had settled down to some form of occupation. He enclosed a letter that Mr Roberts had left for him, and hoped that he could send home a satisfactory account. But if the ship was delayed he would get word to Thomas Benbow Phillips's friends in Manchester so they could write to him.
PS Since writing this letter, he had heard of the arrival of the ship “Pedro”
