A short note written to Thomas Benbow Phillips at Nova Cambria, Rio Grande do Sul from Joao Fransisco Froes at Liverpool, 31 March 1852.
J F Froes informed Thomas Benbow Phillips that he had received his letter written 1 January, and he had immediately forwarded the enclosures in the packet which had arrived on 16 November.
