Copy of a letter, ref No 9 written from Rio de Janeiro, 11 July, 1866 to Gerald R Parry at Rio Grande do Sul
With reference to Despatch No 15 says that if Mr Phillips knew where Mr Martin da Silva, the man who attempted to murder him was to be found, he should give that information to the Authorities and call upon them to take measures for the criminal to be arrested.
